Is FlushFit a medical device?

No. FlushFit is a habit-tracking utility. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information presented is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have persistent bleeding, severe pain, or any symptom that worries you, please see a doctor.

The Apple Watch app shows a blank "Last 7 days" chart.

The Watch app needs at least one synced session from your iPhone to populate stats. Open the iPhone app at least once after install — that pushes the first snapshot to the Watch.

Notifications never arrive.

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → FlushFit and confirm "Allow Notifications" is on. Also check Settings → Focus → make sure your active Focus mode lets FlushFit through. If you have Quiet Hours enabled inside FlushFit, reminders during that window are deliberately silenced — active session alerts always come through.

I lost my streak after switching phones.

If iCloud sync is enabled in your Apple ID settings, your data should restore automatically once you sign into the new device and open FlushFit. If it doesn't, check Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps using iCloud → make sure FlushFit is on.

Live Activity disappeared mid-session.

Live Activities can be ended by iOS for system reasons (battery saver, low memory). The session itself keeps running on FlushFit's side; open the app to confirm and tap "I'M OUT" when you're done. We log the session correctly even if the Lock Screen display dropped.

Why does the Watch app drain battery during a session?

The Watch keeps a timer running and renders an animated mascot on the always-on display, so a small amount of drain is expected during an active session. You can stop the session at any time with the OUT button.

How do I export my data?

iPhone app → Settings → Data → Export. You'll get a JSON file with every session you've logged.

How do I delete everything?

iPhone app → Settings → Data → Reset all data. This wipes sessions, profile, and achievements from this device. If iCloud sync is on, the iCloud copy is removed too.

Is FlushFit available on Android / Web?

No. FlushFit is iOS + watchOS only and uses iOS-native features (Live Activity, App Intents, WatchConnectivity) that don't have direct Android equivalents.

Why are some achievements still locked even though I qualify?

FlushFit re-evaluates achievements each time you finish a session and each time the app comes to the foreground. If you think one is missing, tap into another tab and back, then check again. If still missing, email us with which one and your last few session times.
